Refunds and Returns:

  1. Seeds: Due to the nature of our cannabis seeds, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the seeds have been opened. If you receive damaged or incorrect seeds, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
  2. Cannabis Bud (Flower): We do not accept returns or offer refunds for cannabis bud purchases. If you believe there is an issue with the product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review your case.
  3. Other Products: For all other products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
